I've spent 6+ years working in marketing, with experience across strategy, digital marketing, email, automation, analytics, content, and creative. I've worked in financial services for 8 years, building campaigns, managing complex marketing systems, digging into data, and figuring out how all the moving pieces can work together to support a larger goal.

And I've learned something along the way.

Marketing works best when you understand why you're doing something before you start doing it.

I've seen businesses turn to marketing agencies simply to have someone take the marketing off their plate. And there's absolutely a place for that. Sometimes you need someone to execute, and that's okay.

But I saw another opportunity.

What if you had someone who could help you understand the strategy behind the marketing, teach you how the pieces fit together, and help you make better decisions for your business?

That's the kind of relationship I wanted to create.

Cayres Creatives isn't about giving you another checklist of things you "should" be doing.

It's about helping you understand your business, your audience, your goals, and what your marketing actually needs to accomplish.

Sometimes that means sitting down for a strategy session and figuring out where to go next.

Sometimes it means partnering on a larger project.

Sometimes it means having an experienced marketer in your corner to help you execute and keep things moving.

Whatever the need, my goal is the same:

To help you become more confident in your marketing and more intentional about where you're putting your time, money, and energy.

A little about my experience.

My career has given me the opportunity to work across a pretty wide range of marketing disciplines.

I've built and managed email campaigns and automated customer journeys. I've worked with large databases and complex marketing systems. I've developed multi-channel campaigns, created content, managed digital marketing, analyzed performance, built reporting, and worked with teams across different areas of a business to turn bigger goals into marketing strategies.

I've also had the chance to see marketing from both sides: the creative side that makes people stop and pay attention, and the strategic side that asks whether what we're doing is actually moving the business forward.

That combination is what I bring to Cayres Creatives.

Strategy and creativity. Data and intuition. Big-picture thinking and practical execution.

Because I don't think you should have to choose between marketing that looks good and marketing that works.

And then there's the personal side.

I'm a mom of two, a military wife, a lifelong creative, a problem solver, and someone who genuinely enjoys figuring things out.

I'm probably going to ask "why?" a few times before I recommend a marketing tactic. I'll get way too invested in finding the right words for a headline. I like a good spreadsheet more than I probably should. And I believe there's almost always a simpler way to do something.

Starting Cayres Creatives has also given me the opportunity to build a business that fits the life I'm building outside of it. As my husband finishes his career in the Marine Corps, creating something of my own gives me more flexibility and, most importantly, more time with my family.

That doesn't make Cayres Creatives any less ambitious.

If anything, it makes me more intentional about what I'm building.

I want to build a business that does meaningful work, creates genuine relationships, and helps other people build something they're proud of, too.

Someone who can look at the big picture, ask the right questions, challenge an idea when necessary, explain the strategy behind the recommendation, and then roll up their sleeves and help make it happen.
